In the early 1900s, in accordance with the excise ordinance, distillers were allowed to take a limited quantity of Arrack for private consumption. The Arrack reserved for the Rockland family members was aged in VAT No.9. This exclusive masterpiece was originally created by our founder and includes Arrack from the Rockland family VAT No.9 and some of Rocklands oldest special reserve Arracks.

ARRACK POPCORN SOUR
- 50 ml Vat 9 Arrack
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 20 ml egg white
How to make it: 1. Add All the ingredients into a Shaker & shake well 2. Strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice & add bitters 3. Garnish with orange wheel
