Description

This wine is a very light pink color. It smells like fresh fruits and citrus fruits. When you taste it, it feels juicy with flavors of citrus and white flowers. It has a long finish with a hint of saltiness.

To make this wine, they use different types of grapes. They press them directly to get the juice. Some of the grapes, like Cinsault and Tibouren, are processed in stainless steel tanks. Others, like Grenache and Rolle, are partly processed in special concrete tanks with a round bottom that creates a natural swirling motion. This motion helps mix the leftover grape bits (lees) with the wine, adding more structure to the wine.
