Garzon Tannat De Corte wine tastes like the Tannat grape, which is strong, but it’s also smooth because we mixed it with Marselan, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc grapes. It’s a deep red color and smells and tastes like red fruits. It’s easy to drink with a nice finish.

Description
– Tasting Notes –
This wine tastes like the Tannat grapes it’s made from, but it’s also smooth and balanced because we added three other types of grapes: Marselan, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. It’s a rich red color, and it smells and tastes like red fruits. The tannins are mild, so it has a smooth finish.
Fermentation: The grapes are turned into wine using traditional methods and stainless steel tanks to bring out their unique flavors.
Aging: The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks with the leftover grape bits.
Type of Grapes: This wine is made mainly from 80% Tannat grapes, with smaller amounts of 12% Marselan, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Petit Verdot.
Alcohol Content: The wine has 13% alcohol.
Pairing :
Traditionally, people like to drink red wine with roasted red meats. If you’re having roasted lamb, it’s a great match with Tannat wine. But Tannat also goes nicely with cured cheeses like Regiano or Parmesan. You can make a tasty coq au vin with Tannat wine, or have it with a juicy roasted lamb leg with vegetables and onions cooked with this wine. If you prefer something different, try grilled mushrooms on provolone cheese and some bread with this wine – it’s a perfect combo!
