GARZON PINOT ROSE DE CORTE 750ML

Description

This wine is made using a traditional fermentation method in stainless steel tanks with carefully controlled temperatures to bring out its unique flavors.

After fermentation, the wine is aged for 3 to 6 months in those same stainless steel tanks with the leftover yeast, which is called “lees.” This helps enhance the wine’s taste and character.

The wine is mostly made from 80% Pinot Noir grapes, with 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Merlot. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%.

Tasting Note :

Our Pinot Rosé de Corte has a light pink color, and you can smell the sweet scents of cherries and strawberries. It smells fresh and delicate. When you taste it, it feels elegant in your mouth, and it has a strong sourness that makes it taste fresh. The finish tastes a bit like minerals, which shows where it comes from, making it unique.

Pairing :

This Pinot Rosé de Corte from Provence is perfect for enjoying in the summer with foods like anchovy bruschettas, nicoise salad, hummus, or a tasty prosciutto with melanzane (eggplant). It goes well with dishes made from crab, seafood, lightly fried or marinated fish, turkey, or vegetable wraps with couscous. It also complements a simple salmon and cream cheese quiche nicely.
