The wine is pale gold with platinum shine. On the palate the wine is exquisite, complex, with charming notes of melon, peaches and marmalade, surrounded by fresh citrus shades. On the nose: the nuances of stone fruit (peach, apricot, apple), shades of almonds and toast with butter are weaved into an elegant bouquet of wine. The wine will make an ideal pair with a crispy fish pie, rich fish dishes, or pork brisket with icing from apple caramel.
