Champagne Pierre Mignon is a family-owned business in Le Breuil, Marne Valley. They’ve been growing their vineyards for generations in different parts of Champagne. They make all their wines carefully in their own cellars, paying close attention to quality. They have 14 hectares of vineyards all over Champagne. They pick the grapes by hand to make sure they’re the best quality. After blending the wines carefully, they age them for at least 3 years before selling them to make sure they’re always good. This rose Champagne has a beautiful color and smells like red berries with a hint of biscuity goodness. It tastes bright, juicy, and creamy with ripe red fruit and a delicate scent at the end.
