On the nose: Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear. Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced. On the palate: Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours. The finish: A long smooth and mellow finish.
