San Giovanni della Sala shows a light straw colour with greenish highlights. Pleasurable notes of tropical fruit such as peach, apricot and orange zest fuse with light mineral sensations.
The palate is noteworthy for its balance between structure and freshness promoting a fine savoury character, whilst the finish is an attractive persistence of flavours of yellow fruit.
