Torres Altos Ibericos Crianza – Soto De is in charge of making wine at a famous Spanish winery, which has been around for six generations. They started their success in Catalonia but are also active in Rioja with a wine called Altos Ibéricos. This wine, called Crianza, is made entirely from Tempranillo grapes and represents the lovely style of Riojan wine.
When you pour the wine into a glass, it looks smooth and deep red. It has a wonderful smell, like wild berries, cherries, a hint of violets, and a nice toasty aroma from aging for 12 months. When you taste it, you can taste both the fruitiness and the mature flavors, and it’s a great example of a typical Rioja wine.
