This is a new kind of whisky called the Singleton, made in Dufftown. It’s here to take the place of the old Singleton from Auchroisk, which doesn’t exist anymore. This new Singleton is really smooth and gentle, and it’s made to get people who haven’t tried malt whisky before interested in it. Also, the fancy packaging makes it a popular choice as a gift.
