Monkey Jam Sour
Combine 50ml Monkey Shoulder with 20ml fresh Lemon Juice, a dash of Sugar Syrup, 2tsp Orange Marmalade and a dash of Orange Bitters. Shake it up and strain it twice over fresh ice then garnish with a twist of orange zest. Sweet, sour and fruity.

The Libertine
Boil 50ml Sugar Syrup with two sprigs of fresh Rosemary in a small saucepan then let it cool to room temperature. Strain it into a shaker with 100ml Makers Mark Bourbon, 50ml fresh Lemon Juice and 2tsp Orange Marmalade. Add some ice and shake then add a tablespoon of Maple Syrup, a tablespoon of fresh Orange Juice and an Egg White.
